Nathan Medina, 23, of Waterbury, was arrested Sunday, Feb. 23, and accused of a hit-and-run that seriously injured a 22-year-old man in August 2024, authorities said.

The crash happened near 97 Cherry St. in Waterbury on Aug. 18. Officers found the victim unresponsive in the roadway, and paramedics rushed him to Saint Mary’s Hospital in critical but stable condition, authorities said. His exact injuries were not immediately released.
